Kate and Shaun’s beautiful summer wedding was full of family and joy and we were so excited to create these beautiful floral pieces. The inspiration was natural textures, lush white and blush blooms, succulents and greens, and it was all styled with a natural gardeny feel. Their ceremony was at gorgeous St. Thomas’ church in downtown Ann Arbor, with the reception at the Eagle Crest Marriott in Ypsilanti. When I received these images from K.R. Moreno it was so apparent how much joy these families shared on their special day - they really captured so much happiness in these gorgeous images! Congratulations Katherine and Brian!  It was such a pleasure to get to design in Zingerman's new downtown Ann Arbor space in the old greyhound bus station - the Greyline.  Katherine and Brian had a beautiful wedding day and it was so wonderful to be able to add lush, natural greens and splashes of burgundies to the space.  So many lovely green textures, including giant foliage garlands draping the mirrors in the entryway and at the cake table.  Lots of lovely details - I just loved how the copper toned terracotta pots turned out in the centerpieces!   Thank you so much to Ester Cobe Photography for these beautiful images!  

So sweet, so pretty, so sophisticated... just love these gorgeous images from Silver Thumb Photography - love them so much I had to post a few that aren't just about the flowers!  Audrey and Adam's wedding had chic downtown venues - ceremony at Vinology and reception at Zingermans on Fourth, and also had the soft touches and charming details of an intimate, thoughtful celebration.  And Audrey was so stunning in her BHLDN gown and blue shoes!  Such a joy to be a part of this special celebration!  

Absolutely loved doing the flowers for Angelina and Eric's wedding this summer with the reception at the lovely University of Michigan League Ballroom in Ann Arbor.  For the bride and bridesmaid bouquet, we used yellow and ivory garden roses paired with lush green foliages and textures, including scabiosa pods and fresh herbs - mint and rosemary.  

For the reception, we expanded the color palate and added in burgundy snapdragons and astrantia, more herbs and textures and fresh lemons!  ANd I love the cake from Jefferson Market and Cakery, decorated with succulents!
