The outside spaces at Frutig Farms The Valley are just magical. It’s amazing to have a perfectly serene, natural space with long views of waving grasses in the sun - just ten minutes from town. It’s such a special place! It was a joy to get to create these pieces for Max and Molly, who waited patiently to get to celebrate with family and friends. Lots of greens and textures and eucalyptus, and blush and burgundy blooms for a natural and sophisticated feel. Gold accents in the candles for a warm glow. Congratulations, Max and Molly! Beautiful images by Nicole Haley Photography.
Mackenna and Joel had a beautiful summer wedding at Frutig Farms The Valley, captured by fantastic Melanie Reyes Photography. The flowers had so many lush greens and textures, soft whites and blushes, and lots of textured greens like hellebore and camellia foliage. The barn was filled with warm candlelight and pretty soft gold accents - it was a fantastic day with beautiful details. Congratulations Mackenna and Joel!
So excited to share with you images from S&C’s stunning autumn wedding at Ann Arbor’s Frutig Farms The Valley. These two families were a complete joy to work with and planned so many lush, beautiful details. It was all captured so perfectly by fantastic Abby Rose Photo. Sophisticated, joyful, natural, beautiful - this was perfect. Warmest congratulations!
Remember that really snowy Saturday just before Thanksgiving? I was at the Misty Farm/The Valley vendor expo that day - and it was really pretty special watching the first snow of the season in such a beautiful setting. It was so nice to meet couples looking forward to their weddings at Misty in 2016, thank you Misty Farm and The Valley - it was a lovely event! I made this centerpiece with plenty of garden roses and unusual things (protea and meyer lemons!) to chat about :)
When Kassia and I were discussing her bridal bouquet, we were deciding between a more simple, clean lines, rounded ivory bouquet, and something with a little more foliage and natural, flowing shape to it. I know it would have been gorgeous either way, but I'm especially happy seeing these beautiful images from Nicole Haley Photography - I'm so glad she went for the more flowy option - I think it worked so well! A bit fun and romantic, but not too over the top! We keep the materials simple so it wouldn't feel too busy - lovely foliages of seeded eucalyptus and silver dollar eucalyptus, white hydrangea, burgundy dahlia and white majolica scary roses. Thank you Nicole for these beautiful images at The Valley - such a special spot to celebrate!
